Achaval Ferrer's Finca Mirador is a six hectare parcel of old, ungrafted Malbec, lying at 700 metres above sea level in the Medrano district of Maipú. This sub zone of Mendoza combines a unique terroir with slightly higher temperatures than the rest of Maipú and Luján. The Mirador Malbec is lush, well perfumed, fruity and spicy, meaty on the palate and with ample tannins.
